Dr. Jim is the Executive Director of Playright Children’s Play Association in Hong Kong. She oversees the Playright Hospital Play Services which commenced in 1994. Dr. Jim, a pharmacist, business psychologist, a certified coach and ESG planner, brings over thirty years of extensive experience in the health care sector and in education. In recent years, she has held leadership positions in various NGOs, universities, and arts institutions, where she oversaw international partnerships, program development and funding initiatives. With a strong commitment to community service, Dr. Jim is particularly passionate about education and the well-being of children. Dr. Jim holds a B.Sc. in Pharmacy from the University of Manchester, an MBA from the University of Warwick, and a PhD in Education from the University of Hull, U.K. Additionally, she has completed her studies in Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge, and studies in Strategic Perspectives in Non-profit Management at Harvard Business School. She is also running a social enterprise maximizing education opportunities for students and executives, aiming at enhancing their well-being and empowering them to attain their next level of success.
