The way rediscovering children’s curiosity in Oogi, cultural landscape: Hinenosho?

Biography

He is playworker in Kyoto, Japan. He is working at Keitoku Jidoukan. Jidoukan is welfare facility for 0~18 years children with play in Japan. During university days, he majored in architecture. He is continuing his research toward a doctoral degree. His specialalty is children’s environment. In the university days, he was a volunteer leader at a marine camp for six years and was a support staff for elementary school for four years. He have a Japanese childcare work licence. Out of interest, he is involved in the management of an adventure playground as a volunteer in Uji, Kyoto, for five years and in Nishijin, Kyoto for nine years. The former is with local mothers, and the latter with residents’ associations. In this presentation, his role is the playworker for specific consideration for children’s something.
