Biography
Ryan has worked in the insurance industry for over 13 years on both the insurer and broking sides. Before joining Coverforce Complete in 2019, Ryan worked for a large global insurer Allianz, across multiple roles including Underwriting, Sales and Team management.
His key strengths are the ability to build relationships and tailor insurance solutions to fit client's needs, by identifying risks and transferring them over to insurers. Ryan is passionate on getting to know his clients personally and enjoys helping them protect either their personal or business assets.
Ryan has strong relationships across the insurance industry and looks after a diverse portfolio from small private companies to medium/large commercial and corporate clients.
Prior to Insurance, Ryan spent 5-years playing college baseball in America.
Mary Jeavons

Mary Jeavons is a Registered Landscape Architect and a Fellow of the Institute of Landscape Architects, with over 30 years’ experience. As the Founding Director of Jeavons Landscape Architects, Mary provides leadership to a team with a core of expertise in landscape architecture applied to public settings of all kinds, and in particular to children’s spaces.
Her fields of interest and experience include the design of public parks, play spaces, school grounds, early childhood and early intervention centres, therapeutic environments and play strategies for whole municipalities. Mary has a particular interest in inclusive, accessible design, has written and presented extensively on this topic, and sits on a Play Australia Reference group on inclusive pl ay space design.
David Kutcher

David Kutcher is currently The Honorary Principal of The Venny and a board member at Play Australia. David has served as General Manager and Board member at The Venny Inc for 25 years. He has completed well over 10,000 hours of play work practice. He oversaw The Venny’s transition from a Co-operative to an Incorporated Association, obtaining full charitable and DGR status. David has facilitated the expansion and reach of Playwork across other public housing towers in Melbourne. He successfully managed The Venny’s funding to increase tenfold and acquired more land and spaces for children to Play. David has travelled extensively to study models of Play work in the UK, Germany and Scandinavia. Importantly he has a proven track record of building children's play spaces and putting children and young people front and centre of decision making and play.
Dr Helen Little

Biography
Dr Helen Little is a Senior Lecturer in early childhood education in the School of Education, Macquarie University where she teaches outdoor learning and child development. Prior to entering academia, she was an early childhood teacher with experience teaching in preschools and primary schools. Her research on risky play spans 20 years and has examined individual and contextual factors that influence children's experience of risky play and EC teachers' attitudes and pedagogy. Her current research interest is risky play for children under 3 years of age. Helen is currently on the editorial board for PlayRights, the publication of the International Play Association (IPA). She is an active member of both IPA and Play Australia promoting children's right to play. Helen has previously served as the Early Childhood Australia representative on the Standards Australia Committee for Playgrounds and Play Equipment.
