Paul is Head of Operations for Recreation at the Y Victoria, working with senior managers and the Y's Business Enablement team to support the delivery of a range of contracts. He has over 15 years of experience across different projects and operational roles in the recreation industry. In his current role, Paul focuses on working alongside key leaders to meet contract requirements, build strong relationships with partners, and support continuous improvement across contracts. He collaborates closely with internal teams and contract partners to align service delivery with partner expectations. Paul's approach is centred on practical support and partnership, helping teams deliver quality services to the communities the Y serves.

Scott is the Group Health & Safety Manager for the Belgravia Group. His role includes management, oversight and improvement to the Safety framework across the Group portfolio. Scott is also an ARI NSW Board Director. With over 22 years experience in the aquatic and leisure industry, Scott has a breadth of experience within strategic and operational roles within local government, training organisations and the commercial and tertiary sector. Scott’s strengths and background in safety, aquatic operations, training, compliance and risk management ensures that the Belgravia Group are continually driving for best practice to assist providing our communities with safe and enjoyable venues with highly trained and qualified employees.
