Biography
Alex Mednis is the CEO of SportsGrid, the company behind Australia’s most trusted sports technology platform: revolutioniseSPORT. Alex possesses shared backgrounds of technology, law and sports administration. As a founding Director of the Australian Sports Technologies Network, Alex has played an important role in shaping and propelling the sports tech industry in Australia. His years of experience in Legal Technology at Australia's largest two law firms (Freehills and Clayton Utz), as well as 22 years' experience in Board-level and operations management of sporting organisations of different levels and sizes, give Alex a unique and relevant perspective in today's sporting climate.

Biography
Brent Richardson is the visionary CEO behind ENRICHD Group, the 2024 Mumbrella 'Specialist Agency of the Year,' a pioneering agency redefining the intersection of purpose-driven brands and impactful outcomes. By seamlessly integrating media, consulting, sports, and ventures, ENRICHD empowers organizations to transcend traditional CSR, embedding social responsibility into their core DNA.
A former New York Google executive, where he was the youngest Account Executive in North America working with global brands like Spotify, The New York Times, and the NBA, and the son of NRL legend Shane Richardson, Brent has cultivated a unique perspective on the power of business and sports to drive societal change. Since founding ENRICHD in 2019, he has delivered a consistent 40%+ year-on-year growth, with a 50% profit increase in FY24, while maintaining 100% client and staff retention. ENRICHD champions diversity, with 50% of staff being female and 70% from non-Anglo backgrounds.
Richardson's philosophy, "Purpose as a Product," challenges the status quo. This principle is evidenced by ENRICHD's partnerships with a diverse range of purpose-led organizations, including government bodies and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organizations like Goanna Academy. It empowers athletes to leverage their platforms for social impact and build purpose-driven careers, moving beyond conventional transactional relationships. This philosophy is exemplified by his work with athletes like Greg Inglis, Kennedy Cherring, and Ali Day to name a few, underscoring his commitment to unlocking their full potential both on and off the field.
Brent's journey, from coaching national championship-winning rugby teams in the US to overcoming chronic pain through a spiritual awakening in Southeast Asia, has shaped his unwavering dedication to purpose-driven leadership.
In his own words, "It took my body completely shutting down from the stress of the corporate space to try something different. My stress came from working for companies and managers that didn't align with my values and not working on what my true purpose was. These companies included MSFT & Google... After over a decade of pain... I took a long break from work and went on a healing/spiritual journey... This culminated in a trip to an Ashram in South East Asia with a spiritual healer that turned my life around. He helped [me] identify what my purpose was and what makes me happy, namely: uplifting those in need, empowering them to unlock their fullest potential and shine as their best selves."
