Clubland Australia
PitchFEST 1. Growing Sport Sustainability
Biography
Lauren Mowen co-founded Clubland Australia following nearly two decades in community and professional sport, complemented by extensive experience in sponsorship and advertising.
As Managing Director, she leads the transformation of sporting club digital experiences across Australia, focusing specifically on features that strengthen the vital connections between players, supporters, and their clubs.
Lauren's vision stems from a core belief: digital tools should enhance real-world community engagement, not replace it. Working alongside Co-Founder and CTO Rob Duncan, she's pioneered solutions that transform data and historical archives into compelling club narratives. Together, they've built technology that weaves past achievements with present performances to create rich, engaging experiences that resonate beyond the clubhouse. While Lauren drives the strategic vision, Rob's technical expertise ensures these storytelling capabilities are seamlessly integrated into Clubland's digital ecosystem.
Under her leadership, Clubland develops technology that reduces administrative burden while creating meaningful digital touch-points throughout the supporter journey.
