Biography
Shelley has been a sports administrator for almost 30 years and is the current Facilities & Infrastructure Manager at Netball Victoria. Shelley began her administrator journey at the Frankston & District Netball Association as the Business Manager, a position she held for 18 years. It was then a move to the Northern Territory for 4 years, where she took on the role of CEO of Netball NT. It was here that her true passion for facility development grew, with the successful advocacy of $18m in funding for the new 4-court Territory Netball Stadium.
Returning to Victoria in 2018, it was again a role in netball that drew her back to the sport, but this time with the focus on facility development, a role she's now held for 6 years.

Biography
Stephen Hill is the Chief Executive Officer of BildGroup, a role he has held since 2019. With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Stephen started out as a labourer and machine operator, working his way up through the ranks.
Joining BildGroup in 2012 as General Manager, he is known for his strong leadership and hands-on experience. Stephen has a proven track record in project management and delivery, estimation, construction, drainage, contract management, and water resource management. His practical knowledge and strategic approach have played a key role in driving successful outcomes across the business.

Biography
Taking a nation and the world from “What is Pickleball” to “I love Pickleball”, is no easy feat; but Brendan Lee has been instrumental in this, both here in Australia and abroad.
With 15 years of experience in the Sport and Recreation sectors, having worked previously for Tennis NSW and PCYC Queensland, Brendan is now into his 7th year of pickleball, 3 of which have seen him hold the role as the first Executive Officer of Pickleball Australia.
Living and breathing by his belief that “Constant Community Connection” is the key to Pickleball Australia’s long term success; Brendan champion’s the growth and development of one of the fastest growing and most outrageously fun sports, ensuring Pickleball Australia lead’s a movement to activate the nation.
