His expertise spans conceptual design, technical advice, and construction oversight, ensuring that projects are both functional, sustainable and executed to the highest standards.
George’s deep understanding of materials, engineering principles, and sporting body compliance standards allows him to deliver designs that optimise performance, safety, and longevity. His ability to integrate creative design with real-world construction knowledge makes him a sought-after specialist in the industry.

Caroline is Director of ICP Group APAC and FOMO Japan, overseeing sports surfaces in the region. With years of experience in construction materials including coatings and cementitious products, she enjoys working closely at a project level to ensure great outcomes.
Working with sporting and government bodies across the region, Caroline is passionate about the benefits of acrylic sports coatings, including the new technologies in heat reducing acrylic surfaces that benefit players and the environment. Caroline enjoys supporting the California Sports Surfaces customer network globally, working on international tournaments through local school and council projects. With manufacturing based here in Australia, she is passionate about innovation and technology to improve sports performance and enjoyment for all.

Erik is a Senior Manager at HG Turf Group and has been involved in the sports turf industry for over 25 years.
Since joining HG, Erik has been instrumental in assisting the drive to innovation through technology, with a particular focus on hybrid grass systems.
In his current role, Erik focuses on Business Development and Marketing, nationally and internationally and has an active involvement at management level in regard to the direction of the business and its ever expanding partner network.
