Community sport has the power to unite people on both global and local levels, inspiring and connecting communities around shared goals to create a meaningful impact on society and within their own neighbourhoods. To maximise this potential, collaboration across the sports industry and alignment with the aspirations of broader community groups are essential. Together, they can establish a sustainable, unified agenda for the long term. This session will explore approaches at global, national, and local levels to achieve this vision.

Biography
Naomi is the architect of Sport England’s 10-year strategy to transform lives and communities through sport and physical activity. At the heart of the strategy is a vision of a nation that’s alive with physical activity, where people are connected to each other and the places they live through sport and movement. Before Sport England, Naomi was a consultant specialising in the design and delivery of change strategies. She worked alongside clients such as the NHS, Pfizer, Cancer Research UK, Lawn Tennis Association, and Unilever to help individuals, communities and organisations to make change happen.

Biography
Jacqui has some 20 years of experience at a senior executive level with not for profits, local government and the broader public sector, having held a CEO role for 12 years. Skilled in strategic planning, leadership development, transformation, mentoring and coaching and team building. Strong business development professional with an MBA focused in International Business from RMIT University.
