Biography
Todd McHardy founded the BlueFit Group in 2007 and has been Managing Director and CEO since. His knowledge and experience in the sport, aquatic and recreation sector has enabled BlueFit to manage leisure, health, stadium and golf facilities that connect with their local communities. BlueFit now operates 65 facilities with 2,500 staff across NSW, VIC, SA, QLD and WA, focussed on Community Leisure and dedicated Learn to Swim locations, supported by internal RTO and Traineeship business units and a Foundation. BlueFit is known for pushing industry boundaries with the use of AI drowning technology and development of an industry specific operating platform. With family office backing, the company is now involved in multiple PPP's with local councils and developers.
