Biography

Adam is a senior sports executive with extensive experience across community participation, high performance, and major events. Adam is currently the General Manager of Growth and Development at Australian Athletics where he is responsible for leading the growth of athletics participation in Australia. Adam has also held roles as the High Performance Director of Australian Athletics and as the CEO of Athletics South Australia. Since 2023, Adam has been a Member of the World Athletics Development Commission which provides advice and support to World Athletics to grow and further develop athletics globally. Adam holds a Masters degree in Sports Administration, a Bachelor of Education, and is a graduate Fellow of the renowned Governor's Leadership Foundation program.

Biography

Kim, a former Hockeyroo who proudly represented Australia in women’s hockey, has seamlessly transitioned from elite sport to a distinguished 35-year career spanning both sports and business. A highly respected transformational leader in Australian sport, Kim is the CEO of Paddle Australia. She has built a remarkable career across national institutes (Australian Institute of Sport, NSW Institute of Sport, Queensland Academy of Sport) and national sporting organizations (Hockey Australia, Surfing Australia, Paddle Australia), excelling in high-performance management and national performance leadership. She is a Griffith University Women in Sports Leadership MBA Scholarship recipient and a Southport Sharks (AFL) Club Board Member. Before stepping into her role as CEO post-Paris 2024, Kim was Paddle Australia’s National Performance Director, leading the Sprint, Slalom, and Paracanoe High-Performance Programs to an unprecedented level of success. Under her leadership, Paddle Australia delivered its most successful Games in history and was recognized as the Best High-Performance Program at the 2024 Australian Sports Performance Awards.
