Biography
Ajmol is currently Professor of Exercise Science at Massey University. His research spans several themes including paediatric exercise science, supplementation for health, wellness and performance, sport performance, and wellness at work. He serves as International Director for the College of Health. A Fellow of the European College of Sport Science and editorial board member for five international journals, he has published over 100 journal articles and supervised more than 50 postgraduate students. His work also includes leadership of the Healthy Active Learning initiative supporting children’s wellbeing throughout New Zealand. Away from work Ajmol still continues to play football (albeit at a much slower pace than in his younger years!) and also enjoys coaching his two young children.

Biography
As Principal and CEO of Westbourne Grammar, Dr Adrian Camm has spearheaded the school’s most transformative era, blending strategic innovation with a deep commitment to the human connections that make schools thrive.
Under his leadership, Westbourne has achieved record enrolments, significant capital works, and plans for a new 1,500-student campus. Pioneering initiatives have positioned the school as a global innovation leader, while his focus on staff wellbeing has led to sector-leading workplace conditions.
Adrian’s influence as a thought leader and mentor is shaping the conversation on educational leadership. An Oxford University Saïd Business School alumnus, and with a PhD from Deakin University, his work earned seventeen national school and individual awards in 2025, most notably being named Australian School Principal of the Year at the Australian Education Awards.
