A Football development professional, Technical Director, and coach educator with experience across academy football, club development, and high-performance environments in both Australia and the UK. Holding a Football Australia A Diploma, UEFA qualifications, and a Master’s Degree in International Football Business Management & Policy, I have worked across academy systems, women’s football, talent identification, and long-term player development pathways. Now working within the sports technology space, my focus is on helping clubs, coaches, and organisations create more connected, efficient, and player-centred environments. My work centres around improving communication, wellbeing, development processes, and long-term outcomes through modern football technology and innovation. Passionate about improving football environments and developing independent, intelligent players and coaches, I regularly work with clubs, coaches, and organisations on player development frameworks, coaching methodology, leadership, and football innovation.

A winner of the National Sports Innovation Award at the 2025 National Sports Convention, Lauren is a passionate advocate for the grassroots sporting ecosystem and the communities it sustains. Based in the ACT/NSW region, she works with clubs across several codes throughout Australia & South East Asia to help them thrive beyond the game.
