Founder
Paige Buse Consulting
Exploring the Future of Health and Wellness through the Eyes of the Commercial Wellness Sector
Biography
Paige Buse is a wellness business strategist who helps operators, founders and developers build clubs that are commercially sound from the first financial model to opening day and well beyond it.
Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, financial modelling and operations. She builds the numbers that decide whether a concept becomes a business: membership and revenue models, ROI based pricing and yield strategy, capital and operating budgets, and the investor ready financials that turn a vision into a fundable plan. From there she helps operators design the operations that actually deliver those numbers.
This expertise is grounded in two decades of running facilities at scale. As General Manager of Glen Eira Leisure, Paige led the $52M Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre, recognised as Australia's highest performing leisure centre, growing it to 15,000 members and 1.6M annual visits while leading a team of more than 700. She then launched SAINT for Gurner Group, Australia's most ambitious luxury wellness and social club, designing its pricing, membership structures and financial models from the ground up.
A former director of Fitness Australia and Aquatics & Recreation Victoria, Paige now advises wellness, fitness and longevity operators across Melbourne, LA, Dubai, London and Singapore, integrating AI into the way they plan, model and run their businesses.
