RAELENE CASTLE Ngāphui, ONZM
Raelene is the Group Chief Executive of Sport New Zealand and High Performance Sport NZ.
She joined Sport NZ in December 2020, and was appointed Group Chief Executive in April 2022. Prior to this, she spent seven years working in Australia as Chief Executive of the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs and then Chief Executive of Rugby Australia. She was previously Chief Executive of Netball New Zealand from 2007 to 2013.
Before beginning her career in sports administration, Raelene built a successful corporate career in communications, sales and marketing. This included general management and other senior roles at Telecom New Zealand (now Spark), Bank of New Zealand and Fuji Xerox.
Raelene has held several governance roles in sport, previously serving as a board director of the ANZ Championship Netball, International Federations of Netball Associations, SANZAAR Rugby and the World Rugby Council.
She also has a rich sporting background as a former representative-level netball, tennis and lawn bowls player.
Raelene was made an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit (ONZM) in 2015 for services to Business and Sport.

Mr Alan Goh is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Sport Singapore (SportSG). Prior to joining SportSG, he served as Deputy Secretary (Development and Regulation) in the Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI) from 2019 to 2023, and served in the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) and the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) for 26 years, rising to the rank of Rear Admiral. His previous appointments include Group Chief of Policy and Strategy in MINDEF’s Policy Office, Commander of the RSN’s Maritime Security Task Force, Head of Naval Plans, Head of Naval Personnel, and Commanding Officer of the RSN’s Missile Corvette
Squadron. He was a competitive sailor in his school days, and served as Commodore of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Yacht Club from 2017 to 2019 and Vice President (High Performance) of the Singapore Sailing Federation from 2018 to 2019.
Mr Goh holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Mathematics from Cambridge University and a Master of Business Administration (Sloan Fellow) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he was also a Fulbright Scholar. He is also a graduate of the United States Naval War College.

16 year old Abbie is founder of HER WAY Sports Media, a media platform dedicated to amplifying women in sport. Launched initially as a digital magazine when Abbie was just 11 years old to provide better coverage of women’s sport, the platform is a respected accredited media outlet covering many of Australia’s elite sporting leagues and events.
A journalist, presenter and keynote speaker, Abbie has now interviewed hundreds of women across sport, and has featured on a number of TV, radio and podcasts both in Australia and globally. HER WAY connects with its audience through short form content plus the HWSM podcast.
Abbie is also leading the way for a future sports media that is more inclusive, representative, and inspiring.

Kieren Perkins OAM

Biography
Kieren Perkins OAM is regarded as one of the world’s greatest distance swimmers having won four Olympic medals for Australia. He retired from swimming in 2000 after claiming a silver medal in the 1500m freestyle at his home Olympics. This performance made him the first person in history to win three consecutive Olympic medals in the 1500m.
Transitioning from swimming, Kieren transferred his knowledge and experience to build a successful career across the consulting and banking sectors. He was President of Swimming Australia until he took on the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Sports Commission in March 2022.
