Details

This panel brings together leaders from Football Australia, Cricket Australia and the National Rugby League to explore how AI is reshaping the way sport organisations build audience connection and turn that connection into sustainable revenue. Through practical examples, the discussion spans new ways to reach and serve fans — smarter segmentation, personalised content journeys, targeted offers and always-on community engagement — as well as the less visible but crucial investments that make AI-enabled strategy possible: data infrastructure, platforms, governance, skills and operating models that allow organisations to move from campaigns to continuous, AI-mediated engagement. The focus is on what actually works at scale: how to deepen loyalty, improve the fan experience across channels, unlock more value for partners, and create commercial growth without eroding trust or authenticity.
